Hello,

is it possible for 1x to remove my photos from some other sites which are 1x's partners  in selling, since I have changed my mind of selling them  (I clicked so the photos are not for sale anymore, but I can still find them for sale on FAA for example)?

Hi

 

I assume you have signed the agreement with 1x. and there you can find all the conditions between you and 1x.

9.selling prints

9.17 - says that 1x and their partners  can sell your photos up to 6 months after you have marked them "not for sale"

I have the same problem and there are more than 6 months since I have unchecked the for sale status on my photos. How can I solve this?

by chance I discovered that my pictures, which are published here, are not only available for sale more than 1x, but also from different suppliers worldwide. If 1x gives permission for this, the files will certainly not have been passed on free of charge. This means that 1x earns money with our pictures without us photographers seeing anything of it. I would like to know who you have sublicensed these images to and I await your comments.
