Hi all, I am looking at getting a trolley-style camera bag and am looking at the Lowepro x200 / x300. Is anyone using these particular models, or can recommend another make? It needs to carry two bodies, several lenses (the biggest a 70-200 ed), and an astonishing amount of ... stuff that I accumulate. I currently use an old Domke, which I love but am fed up of lugging it about everywhere like a pack mule. Would also need to carry a Macbook pro laptop (which at 15.4" apparently does not fit into the bags that say 'Also carries a 15" laptop'. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Cheers, Eliza

I am using the Lowepro Pro Roller Lite 250 AW and its perfect. I filled up with a D4 with a 50 mm attached, 1x D700 with 80-200 attached, 1x D700 body, 24-70 lens only, 24 mm lens only, 105 macro lens only, and a Canon D6 body and the 50 mm 1,2 inclusive diverse accus.

As for shooting i am using the Sunsniper TPH Harness.

For offroad traveling i am using the back pack Lowepro Vertex 200 AW

With all the packs you have a laptop case inclusive and i transport both macbooks:-)

I am fully happy with all and no trouble so far. The backpack has traveld already 7 years with me around 8 times every year to China and India and 14 days along the great wall started in Quinhuangdao:-)

That is the best you can buy

Robert than you so much :) Very helpful, and always good to read a positive review before you buy. I did look at the Lite 250 AW (size wise it would hold everything), but then I read that the x200 is sturdier (wheels and overall) and mine will have to be a bit of 4WD off-road trolley if it's going to be really useful for me.

Or I suppose I could switch between that and the Domke, but then I think once you have all your gear in place it sort of stays there. But that is great, and I'm off to purchase in offline; kind friends in the US coming on safari in September and they will bring it out! Exciting!!! Thank you.

I use a camera strap, very economical...very efficient. Sometimes I stick an extra prime in my jeans pocket.

What a kind gesture Clyde. I take it what you are trying to say is that since your hands will be free you will be available to carry Eliza's gear! She lives in Tanzania - bring sunscreen because you will be climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Well, she and her partner have a coffee farm, so you will get the best coffee in Tanzania.

Opps..you missed your chance, I think she found a bag!
