first of all, I'm not sure this is the right place to ask this question, but i didn't find a forum for software … so i guess this must be the closest .
 
I subscribed some time age for photoshop cloud.
Every time I try to upgrade the adobe desktop tool I get the same enjoying message.
I asked the question several times on the adobe site, but until now, not a single reaction , nor from people, nor for adobe?
 
some other here experiencing the same problem ??

So I don't know also if because of that problem I also missed any photoshop cloud updates

I downloaded direct from their website and the message went away...the bad news is that each time I did this it came back when the next update was available.
 
I call them and they fixed it.
 
The bad news is that it happened again..
 
The good news they fixed it again.
 
btw I went to the Forums..first but could not find enough info there...
 
If Chuck Uebele is around..he might be able to guide you further.
:)
However, Adobe was great and they fixed it immediately.
Lets see how long it will last.
