When working in adobe photoshop CC, and
opening and image,
or using the camera raw filter
as expected the camera raw opens, always version 8.3
BUT
the strange thing is
sometimes it opens in English version
sometimes it opens in Dutch version
 
Until now I didn't discover when the one or the other opens
 
Does someone know WHY this happens ?

Well, i don't have or use PS CC (have CS6) Piet, but i'd consider updating your
adobe camera raw (ACR) module to the latest 8.4, which was just being released
these days, Piet. Just hit "update" within photoshop CC, and it should tell you that a ACR update for 8.4 is avialable, Piet.
