hello, this photo is part of a mini-serie shot on a remote hill, featuring 3 shepherds and their apprentice going about their business;

the collected milk is strained into a large cauldron that is later put over a fire, and while this take complements the rest of the shots in the serie

I am less than happy with the compostion - the space was very cramped and the subjects would not stop their job so that I could change lenses;

I'm trying to decide if I submit this image to curators so my question is whether it can be improved.

Thank you for posting the photo in Critique.  The technical details look good - sharpness, depth of field, tones, etc.  My suggestion is to crop closer to simplify the composition.  Sample attached below.  I also used some sharpening and noise reduction, and removed the white diagonal object from the right by selecting it roughly with the Lasso tool and then right-clicking inside the selection and choosing 'Fill>Content Aware'.
